When I found the 1/18 pewter sculpture from AUTOart on the Lamborghini Murciélago at the 2019 Essen Motor Show for only €50, I also bought this Roadster Concept version made from the same material ... they only had one of these available, so I grabbed it.
In my opinion, the pewter sculpture on the Lamborghini Murciélago Concept is even more impressive than her Coupé counterpart ... on the Concept, they even had to create an entire interior in pewter too, and more importantly, while the exterior is hand-polished in a horizontal fashion to show streaking, the interior is matte-finished which contrasts beautifully with the glossy exterior.
I have put this 3.5 kg heavy pewter sculpture next to my original pearl metallic yellow Lamborghini Murciélago Concept by AUTOart to compare, and there is a difference actually, the normal diecast model uses the US side marker lights while this pewter version comes with the European style, triangular turn signals on the side.
But the wheels are those amazing looking Roadster style ones, and this is a manual gearbox version too, not the E-Gear edition ... some might not appreciate a pewter sculpture like this, but I love them and couldn't be happier I was able to add both of them to my collection.
