It took a while to finally arrive, but the orange Lamborghini Temerario from Bburago on a 1/18 scale has joined the collection, so at the time of writing, I have all three shades Bburago released on this new Lamborghini V8 hybrid model, satin blue, dark purple, and bright orange, and honestly, this orange does look amazing on the latest Baby Bull.

All the Bburago models come with the same wheels, the Velador Forged 20/21” rims in the Diamond Cut finish; however, I think the Matt Bronze finish would look perfect on this orange version, which I think looks like Arancio Anthaeus shiny, it’s too dark to be the classic Arancio Borealis.

Other than that, the Bburago models have some added carbon fiber on the exterior, like the lower front splitter, the rear diffuser and the air intakes behind the side windows, all rather expensive options in real life, and while I would have loved to have the regular Comfort Seats in the satin blue version, all models come with the optional carbon fiber Sport Seats finished in Nero Ade Unicolor Leather, although the Raging Bull logo on the headrest is a contrasting color.

It does seem like the interior is also optioned out with multiple carbon fiber packs on these Bburago models, of course, it’s a moulded-in pattern, but it’s still there, a nice detail. Other than that, it’s a rather boring all-black interior for all three colors, but being a Bburago, you can probably take it apart easily and paint it in your color combination of choice.

So how does this bright orange release from Bburago look compared to the two other shades? For me personally, the Viola one is the worst of the three. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful color on this model, and from a distance, on the shelf, it looks great, but up close, you’ll notice just how badly the paint has been applied, especially on all the edges; it just doesn’t look good.

The satin blue one looks great, the paint is applied nicely, the satin finish works on the Lamborghini Temerario, so I like this model a lot, even up close, keeping in mind it’s still a low-cost Bburago model, it is a beautiful scale model that has its place in my collection, no doubt about that.

And then this final arrival, this orange one. I like the darker shade of orange on it, darker than Arancio Borealis, the classic orange metallic we’ve known since the Lamborghini Gallardo and the Lamborghini Huracan, and it suits the Lamborghini Temerario perfectly if you ask me.

I would have liked a few (or several) touches of orange in the interior of this one, but I guess that would have raised the costs for Bburago to make them, but I like color in the cockpit of a supercar, all-black just isn’t my taste, but that’s personal, also the diamond cut wheels would have looked so much better in a satin or matte bronze shade.

If you’re not into satin blue on the Lamborghini Temerario, this orange metallic one should be high on your list of models to add to the collection, being around €45 right now, it’s a very nice, low-cost option to add a Temerario to your collection without spending ten times as much on a sealed MR, and with AUTOart being the way they are these days, I highly doubt we’ll ever even see an all-opening Lamborghini Temerario from them.
