Bibliographie
I actually found this book by accident in an online shop, but it was rather expensive, so I searched on, and found it for less than half price, ordered it ... and was pleasantly surprised when I opened it up, the book arrived inside a cardboard envelope, shrink-wrapped in plastic, so it was nicely protected during shipment.
Personally, I think the cover looks weird, so I didn't have high expectations (that's why I searched for a discount online), but this book is quite the opposite, it's an amazing work on the legendary Lamborghini Countach, the car that started my interest in Lamborghini back in the Eighties.
The book talks about the inspiration of the Countach and then takes us along all the models in the series, from the LP500 prototype to the LP400 production model, the S-models, the amazing Quattrovalvole and naturally the 25th Anniversary edition ... but also the rare concepts and prototypes, and even the custom made Countach like the Mardikian Targa.
This is a very interesting book on the Lamborghini Countach, the only downside ... it's in French. Now I can read that, no problem, but that seriously limits the market I think, let's hope they release an English translation sometime soon.
Original, first edition, published in 2019 as hardback, comes with a dust jacket.
