I was visiting a local show when I found a seller offering this black Lamborghini Jalpa scale model, not too many models exist of this older V8 Lamborghini, the evolution of the Baby Lamborghini Urraco that first became the very rare Silhouette and later the Jalpa, as a cheaper alternative to the Lamborghini Countach at that time.

Not too many Lamborghini Jalpa were ever sold in real life, but this 1/43 scale version from Greenlight is a replica of an actual movie car, taken from Rocky IV where we see none other than Sylvester Stallone himself driving a black Lamborghini Jalpa, but he also seems to be polishing the car on his driveway in one scene, more interestingly, there is a red Lamborghini Countach LP500 S on the driveway too, but I don't remember that one actually being driven in the movie.

One thing that does bother me about this 'Movie Car' replica from Greenlight ... it's the wrong version of the Lamborghini Jalpa, the early models came with the older Urraco taillights, which Greenlight fitted to this scale model, but the car in Rocky IV was a later model with the two round taillights, that's an important detail they should have got right at Greenlight, also, it would have been nice to see the license plate 'Sothpaw' replicated on the scale model too.
