This specific car was actually built by Automobili Lamborghini SpA as the initial production model for the Countach LP400, but several things would be modified before the LP400 would actually be available to the public.
For one the side windows were changed for a different design that was actually a lot cheaper to produce, do note however that this was actually the third Countach prototype made, it was subsequently used for the first official factory brochure on the Countach LP400.
Later on a new brochure was made featuring a real production car that was finished in yellow over a dark brown interior.
This green production prototype now resides in the official factory museum in Sant'Agata were it is mostly parked next the final production Countach, a silver metallic 25th Anniversary edition.
