I have to admit, I rather like the 1970 Lamborghini Espada in this darker metallic red shade, supposed to be Rosso Granada if I compare it to the Seventies color chart of the Espada and Urraco (they shared paint colors), but when I compare it to the AUTOart release in that same color, the two hues are quite different, somehow I feel this new KK-Scale release is the closest to the real shade, but I don't have a paint sample at hand to really compare, so it's my personal feeling here.
Combined with the tan leather interior and wood grain finish on the dashboard and steering wheel, this red is a very classic color combination, something that a high-power V12 GT car with four seats suited perfectly in that era.
Just imagine being seated low to the road in a Seventies Lamborghini Espada, a big 4-liter V12 rumbling through quad exhaust tips at the rear, and having the option to bring three passengers with you, and still being able to reach speeds of 260 Km/h (161 Mph) ... in 1970!
