This is the gold-finished 1970 Lamborghini Espada Series S, available on a 1/18 scale by KK-Scale, which has recently been released in four different shades. KK-Scale has been producing several classic Lamborghini models for the last few years.
The first model from Sant'Agata they released was the 400 GT 2+2 released in late 2019, a beautiful model, also available in four different colors, and actually a quite decent model, and at a very affordable price too, in 2024 KK-Scale suprised us with the Lamborghini Jalpa, and while these are all sealed models, the roof panel on the Jalpa could be removed, which is a nice touch that allows you to see the interior a bit better.
For 2025, KK-Scale came up with four shades on the Lamborghini Espada, but here's where things get a bit strange: those are the same four shades as AUTOart used on their all-opening 1/18 scale version of this Lamborghini. Note that both the blue one and the red one aren't the exact same shade between these two. Still, the silver and the gold ones are almost identical, albeit the silver one from KK-Scale comes with different wheels.
So back to this Oro over Nero version of the 1970 Lamborghini Espada from KK-Scale, it is still a very nice looking model, and a gold metallic classic GT with a black leather interior just fits the Seventies era perfectly, so this is a great model to add to your collection if that's a style or type of car that fits into it.
With the rather low price of these KK-Scale models, I didn't hesitate too much to just add all four colors they released, so I can compare them against their much more expensive AUTOart counterparts, but also to complete the series, which is something I like to do.
